The method consists of the following 3 parts/steps:
PART 1
Step 1: First meeting/teleconference with Dr. Arkadianos (15-20 minutes duration).
Step 2: Complete the history questionnaires on-line. You will also be asked to do blood tests for evaluation by Dr. Arkadianos.
Step 3: Send the data you requested for evaluation by email.
Step 4: You will receive an evaluation of your data from Dr. Arkadianos (questionnaires, exams, etc.).
PART 2
Step 5: Guidelines and weekly monitoring/progression of weight loss and diet changes according to your results, habits, and social activities.
Step 6: Once a month a review by Dr. Arkadianos 10-15mins duration.
PART 3
Stabilization: For those who are really interested in stabilizing their weight loss over the long term, even for life, we offer a special monitoring program.
